Good Build for $550

Greetings community

Anyone have any good ideas for a build around $550?

This is what I was thinking:

PS: There is a %8 sales tax in Washington so that is almost another $50 :(

the 1030 is barely any better than the 2200G graphics, removing it from the build to save money and go for a better PSU like a CX 450 is ideal.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

you could aslo use https://pcpartpicker.com/product/TgW9TW/seasonic-power-supply-m12ii520bronze this one? evga and corsair just badge other companies PSUs. SeaSonic makes their own, and this one is fully modular, as well. there is another one that is not fully modular and only 500w that is also good. another option for the GPU, if you have the budget, anyway, would be something like a RX 570 or 580. or upgrade the APU to one of the ones with Vega 11 graphics, if you can't get a GPU right away. then just slot one in at a later date.

The M12II is an ancient design. THe CWT-based CX is far better in 2019.

Ah, that would explain the price, i guess. i was mostly just going off of several friends' recommendations for my own budget build.

Could likely find a used RX 580 8GB model for about the price of the new 570 as well.

May be worth looking at a used GPU.

The M12II is okay, it's just old. The CX is more modern and better value in 2019

Isn't the rx 480 worse than the GT 1030?

rx480 blows the gt 1030 out of the water. No comparison.

go for Ryzen 2600 for more futureproof option, you can upgrade graphic card later.
