THe problem with doing this with modern versions of windows is that there is no current support for vm in a browser, so you have to emulate, and thats slow. Also windows is a big download, so its gonna take a while.

TL:DR No.
If you need Windows, run a legit copy either in a dual boot config, or put it in a VM. 

Sure you can find "free" versions of Windows, but those cracked copies are scams and are typically laced with all kinds of malware and other nasties, so just steer clear of that junk.

For the screen is blue and full of errors.
