Choosing an XL-ATX case

Well, it seems that my order from Corsair on the 900D has been cancelled. I haven't gotten a response yet and no money was taking from my account.

But I feel this is a good time to maybe look for an alternative, also I doubt I will be able to use the CES coupon again, which I used on the site when they had the offer.

 

It has to be E-ATX or XL-ATX, because I am getting the X79 ASUS Rampage IV Black Edition. Full-tower as well, because I like big cases and going for different cooling later.

Currently! It will be an full air-flow case! Because I simply don't have the time to invest into a fully water-cooled system yet.

 

So what are your alternatives to the Corsair 900D, don't bother listing the 800D, for that price I might as well just go 900D again.

Well if you looking for good airflow, the Cooler master HAF X is a really good case in that field. comes with huge fans galore. If you want something that you would want to watercool in the future, the Corsair 750d for the price is really good and looks just as good as a 900d. both cases are full tower by the way.

The Enthoo Primo is a very good case, it allows 2 240s, 2 480s and a 120 for rads, includes top, rear and bottom 140mms and 2 front LED 140mms. So going to get it for my next build.

the thing that surprised me was:

1. Phantek a air cooler maker made this case so water cooling optimized.

2. Their first case is almost perfect in almost every way price/performance ratio, awesome water cooling and air cooling support plus 5 decent quiet fans and the front has gorgeous aluminum and very good cable management without being a cube.

It fairly is a masterpiece. I'll probably get the Primo and then 3 240 rads. Lol, I already have my next build in planning right after finishing the one in my sig :D.

Fractal Design makes an XL version of their Define R4 case and I know you can't go wrong with Fractal.
