Probably don't want to hear this but I'd say upgrade everything but your SSD. You're in dire need of a complete overhaul, if you can only do one minor upgrade at a time I'd say a new CPU. Ryzen 2000 series chips are at fantastic prices right now. If you give us your country and your budget for the upgrades we can assist further and give you a more solid upgrade path.

You would need somthing along the lines of .

CPU

Motherboard

RAM

GPU

PSU (depending on what u have now)

The rest u re-use what u have. So use ur current storage, ur current case, nad maybe ur current PSu depending on what it is.

yea... a newer APU would probably outperform your 1030, but an apu is long term not a great idea if building a  new system.

tell me if I am wrong, but given the system I am guessing you have a pretty limited budget. It might be a good idea to look for an older work station with a pci-e slot to throw a video card in later.

something like this for ~$120 then add a GPU

A Gt 1030 is close to a Vega 8/11 APU ..so it would be a sidegrade in graphical performance.
