9900K vs 9600K video editing

Hello, would there be a big difference in video editing between i9 9900k and i5 9600K ? I do not care about export time. MY gpu is 1080ti. Thank you

What program? What footage? What effects and other things are you doing?

 

Id get something like a 3700x here, about the same speed as a 9900k for a good amount less.

I alread have z390 mobo so i would like to stay with intel (i also do game quite a lot where intel is still a bit better). Programs that i use: Premiere and After Effects

what type of footage? What effects? How are you editing?
