Toshiba TV-Internet portal settings stocked

I own a Toshiba 40L3443D.

When ever I select the settings menu right inside the Internet Portal the terms and conditions page asking for confirmation. 

Supposedly I will select OK, nothing happens I mean no changes and then I had to go BACK and redo it again but still the same. 

What could be the problem?

Firmware is ver. 3.6.3c
