Which VPN to choose?

I've been looking for a new VPN since mine expired.

 

I'm looking at Torguard and surfshark. But can't really seem to make out which one is safer/faster.

 

Anyone has experience?

I have used torguard myself for the past 2 or so years with zero issues.
