Ok, if that's what you want. Other than that, @andyme is right with another good upgrade. An SSD would be a good upgrade. Also, maybe faster memory if you can fit it into your budget. 3000 MHz is good, though.

Mobo is kinda bad maybe get the Pro 4, just add HDD later it's simple enough just get a sata cable and plug it don't forget the power cable also.

change the hitachi drive , i know u want to save money there, but they are SUPER SLOW
