seems about right, h100i does like 80C on an overclocked 6700k on quiet settings, and 70C on 100% fan speed

P400S has bad airflow afaik so that's probably a contributing factor

It's at 100% fan speed
Everything's stable. The AIO fans suck in the hot air inside. Change in air flow (Cool Air) might effect?

Pulling air from outside of the case does help alot for me it dropped temps from 87 to 76 (240 aio 8700k) i just put the Radiator in front of the case instead of the top

So the air is being pulled in by the cooler right now?

The P400S has really poor airflow for the intake, so I'd say that's the biggest issue here. Other than that, the temps are safe.

anything below 90 is safe

^^^^ Anything below 90, and IIRC the 8600K/9600K will handle up to 1.4v fine. Though you wouldn't wanna run it at 1.4v and over 85C for an extended period of time, if you're just benching then you shouldn't have any issues.

ideally keeping cpus below 80 is best but no harm will be done at at 80-90(some cpus can go higher but it's not recommended)

this one should be the best option, sucking in fresh air to cool the cpu.

Try to have a diy workbench maybe? have the motherboard on the motherboard box with all the componenets installed, and the AIO installed too with it's radiator laying somewhere sideways. This way you can test if it's an airflow problem or an AIO issue
