So are there aby decent CPU coolers that use the push pin method of installation. I knoe there's the TX3 and the Masterair Pro 4.

So you're talking about like the Intel Stock Cooler? The Deepcool Gamaxx 400 is a great one that uses the push pin method.

i am interested in buying this cooler as well. is it the best cooler you can buy for 30$?
