insane crashing and freezing issues with 5700XT

TGN

Okay... So my 5700XT has started to really screw with me now... Im getting sick and tired honestly... GTA 5 does not load, (ir worked earlier today, i even got the new thrax on the wheel spin in the casino), now its being a b!tch and not loading, neither does FiveM/OCRP, every other game like Far Cry5, watch dogs 2, the crew 2, forza horizon 4 and so on is crashing whenever i change the settings from low to ultra, it doesnt seem like its the graphic settings thats messing up, its fullscreen, as soon as i put ANYTHING in fullscreen (even youtube on chrome) it lags, hangs, freezes and so on, when i got the card, V-sync didnt work correctly and locked my framerate to 20fps whenever anything was in fullscreen... Games dont even just lag, they either completely freezes my PC, auto closes the game, or auto turn off my PC. Im running the latest 19.7.3 adrenalin driver that was released today, i tried goin back to 19.7.2, didnt help, ive tried re installing the driver and so much more... This is on a freshly installed windows 1903 may update aswell... I dont know what to do with this card, is it a software problem? is it a physical GPU problem? My plan was to have this reference cooler 5700XT until the MSI twin frozr release in a few weeks (i have 60 days to return it for a full refund), but the problems ive been having are just getting to a point now where i dont know what to do. Imma leave some videos and pics of whats happen today in this link to google drive cause of the upload limitation on this forum. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Ry9NwbQMCwrdLLw7qIFi3qtxjlIfVrp1?usp=sharing         Anyone got any clue whats going on here? or had the same issues? Ive also experienced random stuttering when i first got the card (before i reinstalled windows), and many other random small bugs that pretty much everyone else have also experienced with this card...

My specs is

i7-7700K OC to 4.6ghz

MSI tomahawk arctic Z270

Crucial ballistix DDR4 3466mhz ram

Cooler master G750M PSU (and yes, i know this PSU is kinda unreliable, even tho its 80 plus bronze certified and all that, this is my 3rd G750M ive gotten on a warranty).

I'm having issues with a new Ryzen 3700x (ASUS x570 motherboard) build and the 5700 XT, PC shutting off, hard locks requiring reset button.. I almost forgot how fun AMD stuff is on release, I don't know if this is drivier/bios issues or a bad card and I'm past my 2 week store return policy.

I run all the torture test stuff and nothing crashes.

Sorry, not much help to you.

you're running the 19.7.3 adrenaline correct? earlier today i was running the 19.7.2 without any of above mentioned major issues, but once i installed 19.7.3 i couldnt start basicly any game without crashing, tried fortnite, hitman 2, LoL etc. but i managed to make an interesting fix to the crashes by deleting a folder from C:/AMD/, its name was something like " radeon-software-adrenalin-2019-19.7.3.. " cant remember the rest of it, but anyways, i just deleted that file and there was left the 19.7.1 and 19.7.2 files.

But when i go to radeon settings or anywhere else, it says latest drivers are installed and everything seems to run smoothly now again. might wanna give it a shot if you got nothing else, but just incase shit happens copy the damn radeon folder

Ok, have discovered something, when you do a clean install (via amd graphics driver), it seems to uninstall the AMD chipset drivers?  I can't be sure if it was DDU that did it or the 19.7.3 driver.  Reinstalled chipset driver and testing.

When you install AMD software, do not download the auto-installer that they prompt you with. It may have been the 19.7.3, as I haven't updated the driver as of yet. But, when I was experiencing issues, I just uninstalled everything (I don't use DDUs -- the Windows uninstaller works perfectly fine) AMD and then went to their website and downloaded JUST the 19.7.2. I will give 19.7.3 a shot tonight and let you know if it's been messing with my setup as well!
