Fans are just fans man.

You can get a random fan to replace it. Look for the same dimension.

Just match the voltage and amperage (usually written on the back sticker), install the old header to the new fan cable and you're set.

Newsflash. Cheap will break. And more obscure and niche the part is, harder it is to find cheap one. Fans overall are €$5 a piece if you want the cheapest and crappiest one. Even from China.
