Can I plug a 3 pin fan into this fan splitter

Yep, just plug it into the right side and it'll be fine.

Yep. Just make sure you line up the bumps on the fan's connector with the slots on the splitter's connector.

Yes, but if you have already PWM fans on the same splitter, the 3pin will run at full speed all the time. Its not recommended to mix different types of fan controls on same hub/splitter.

To clarify, the fan will run at max rpm if a pwm signal is sent to it. It's still possible to use dc for 4pin pwm fans.
