Best thermal paste for H115i

Im not happy with my temps after upgrading from my ryzen 2600 to my 3700x. on the stock paste at 4.0ghz auto voltage setting on mobo I got like 34c idle 63c under a all thread stress test. upgraded to a 3700x with some arctic silver 5  precision boost overdrive enabled get like 44c-50c idle it jumps around like crazy and 73c all thread stress test. want to get the best paste from thermal grizzly but i dont know what would be best for my cooler it has a copper block.

Your temps are fine. I'm not sure if better thermal paste would make any noticeable difference.

Temps are all well within reason, I wouldn't worry about it unless you start to hit the throttle limits.

Kryonaut seems to be the best?

Liquid metal can be problematic but it is amazingly effective. I delidded my CPU and used conductonaut and the difference is pretty amazing. Between the IHS and the cooler I use Kryonaut.
