desktop background spread across 2 screens?

so as you see from the picture, is there any way i can make a the desktop back ground blend both screens together? like a eyefinity setup, but for your desktop backgound?

Extend the desktops. Rightclick on desktop>resolution>Extend these displays

extend the display.

 

go find a 3840*1080 wallpaper

some on this site http://www.dualmonitorbackgrounds.com/

click add as background.

 

choose tile option, set, and you're done

 

the tile option is important, and having a 3840*1080 resolution wallpaper, otherwise it looks a bit silly

 

dont need display fusion or anything to do this
