Went from a Rx 580 to a rtx 2080 and now it won't boot.

I swapped out my Rx 580 with a new rtx 2080 (unplugged and everything) and now it won't boot with either card.  Any suggestions before I rip everything apart?

You could try (if your CPU has an iGPU) booting onto your iGPU by connecting your video output to your motherboard and disconnecting your GPU(s).

Reset your CMOS using either a button / pins / removing the cell from your motherboard.

EDIT: called the cmos reset pins "dipswitches" , I've done a "The Verge" right here
