So I have only had my rig running for 8 days now and the coolant has changed from a pretty solid purple color to a very very light tint, almost looking white. It is from Primochill, I cant remember the exact color but its a transparent purple. I mixed the solution exactly as directed. Is this something normal that happens, should I use a different fluid next time to prevent this? I should point out this wasnt a premix, it was a solution you add to distilled water.

So is it transparent purple? or solid purple?. Either way its not entirely "normal" unless if it was Vue. Listing out all the components could be helpful. Air pockets in the loop can also be bad for primochill iirc.

Thats the coolant I ordered. As for parts its a bytski cpu block and distro plate which includes the pump, Bytski fittings, Primochill PET tubing and a EVGA Hydro copper block on my 2080 ti. The coolant is basically white now

Radiator? Kill coil? Any particular cleaning reagents you used to flush the system?

As Primochill themselves say.

Color Loss
During the initial application of True, the product may change/lose its original color when added to your loop within the first 24-48 hours. This is a common, well known occurrence. If this happens to your system, immediately drain and flush it out with DI or Distilled water. Once the system has been drained and cleaned, refill your system with True fluid once again. True will over time help neutralize your cooling loop, which will then stabilize the color.

Drain, flush and refill.

Use distilled water.

If it happens again, then start worrying.
