I'd personally end up going with the Aorus just because it's the cheapest and it's not a raging dumpsterfire.

You might need to reconsider that purchase. AMD recently released new cpus that are fairly better than any current Intel cpus.

As of last week, it's close enough as to be largely negligible nowadays.

9700K $374 new/ ~$300 used

A comparable AMD chip is 3800x/ $399

 

Hmmm... going with used 9700k is the best idea. Obviously, if you do heavy editing and 3d modelling, then AMD is a no brainer.

Another thing to consider is that AMD chips are poor overclockers. 

 

At stock settings, 9700k is around 1~5% faster in gaming than 3800x.

However, when both are OCed to their average OC frequency, 9700k should be around 10~15% faster, assuming AMDs chips overclock as well.

 

So in terms of gaming, Intel is still the king in both price and performance.
