I Need advices upgrading my system to gains some FPS

I'm looking to upgrade my gpu, my ram and to overclock my cpu to gains some FPS at 1080p for about 110$ can. Upgrading my cpu, gpu, mobo and ram to more recent will cost to much. Is it worth it ? I need some advices please. I have a few questions.

GIGABYTE GA-H55M-UD2H REV 1.0
I5 750 2.66GHZ 8MB Quad Core - Hyper 212 Plus  ------> Overclock to 3,7 ghz
Sapphire Radeon HD 6950 Dirt3 Edition          ------> ASUS GTX 770 DirectCU II OC 2 GB (80$ can. Brand new)
Kingston Hyper-X KHX1600C9D3K2/4GX        4GB  ------> 8GB
Western Digital 500gigs BLACK 32mo WD5001AALS
Kingston Digital A400 SSD 240GB
ULTRA LifeTime Series Pro 650W 135MM FAN

I know my system will bottleneck the gpu. But the question is how much ? According to this video, The card will be bottleneck but it won't be that bad if the cpu is overclock to 3.7 ghz. What you think ?

Wich RAM should I get ? They are selling for about 30-35$ can, used

Right now, My hyperx 1600 are limited to 1333 in the bios. When I enable XMP I get "the system has experienced boot issues because of overclocking or changes of voltages" in the BIOS. I guess it's because my mobo is rated for 1.5v and my ram 1.65v ?

Advices for cpu overclock. I'm new to cpu overclock. To get to 3,4 ghz I changed these values. Base Clock Control from Disabled to Enabled. BCLK Frequency from 133 to 170. Intel Turbo Boost from Auto to Disabled. CPU EIST from Auto to Enabled. It's seems fine right now , I will need to stress test it to make sure it will not crash. Is there anything else I need to know about cpu overclock ?

Thank you

you could upgrade your cpu and mobo to a xeon e5-2670 or 2660 (cpu is close to 30 bucks) and a random ddr3 lga 2011 mobo (close to 50 bucks.) For the ram, you could get the g-skill RAM if you'd like to upgrade it when possible (buying another kit)

You already had two other posts about this, is there a reason you are asking the exact same questions again in a separate post after already receiving advice in the other posts?

You could maybe pick up a used RX 560 with 4 gb RAM for $60 USD which is a bit more powerful and has 2 more GB of vram than what you have. If I read your post correctly, you already have 8 gb RAM and I doubt you'll notice much of a difference between 1333mhz and 1600mhz RAM with an Intel CPU.

IMO, you really need a more modern CPU for anything higher than a RX560/GTX1050.  I wouldn't invest any more than $50-60 for a used GPU if you can't afford a new system right now but want to be able to play some modern games. Save up for a new PC.

C'mon. I only have two posts. The first one was only about the gpu bottleneck. This one is about the gpu bottleneck, ram recommendations and CPU overclock advices.

Well in your post about the GPU Bottleneck you asked about the ram and CPU advice as well but as I can see you didn't get reply on that one, most of the time creating two posts asking about the same stuff will have a mod either delete one of them or merge them together.

Thank you for your suggestions everyone. I am going to accumulate some money to buy a new system next year instead.
