The programs in red are the ones that i'm asking about.

Pretty much all the ones you've highlighted are either needed by other stuff or are drivers and take so little space that there's no point in removing them.

What you have to do is look up what these are responsible for and weather or not they're important for your use case. From there you can choose to keep or delete them.

What I can tell you is most or all of the Microsoft Visual and maybe the Microsoft SQL software/drivers here are for Microsoft Visual Studios so if you use that you'll wanna keep those. That right there chops out over 50% of the files you'll have to look up.

Realtek Ethernet Controller Driver is likely your motherboards Ethernet port driver but you'd have to verify that with the motherboards model number. The Realtek High Definition Audio Driver would be for your onboard audio assuming you have it (most boards do).

Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software is likely your wireless NIC. You'll want that if your computer has one.

A lot of the other things I see here lead me to believe this is a laptop.

First and last. Though since this seems to be a laptop, first is manufacturers own driver updater.

Rest are system drivers and Windows will reinstall them after reboot and update. Same should go with the rest as many of your other software require those to be installed in order to work properly.
