It's a new redesign that provides very little information at a glance, and next to nothing for navigation and filtering options.

 

It seems to be a trend these days.  I can't be the only one that hates this.  TR had a really nice layout, even for mobile...

So they got rid of the mobile, cases&power, blog, gaming, etc. categories, in favor of a "modern" design that really is just ordinary and doesn't stand out in any way compared to other websites.
