Dropping ethernet and going wifi

Anyone hear of this, I put my system to sleep when I stop using it for a short time and when it was up it was on my ethernet network but when I wake it up its on my wifi network? must be a buried setting somewhere that can be changed oh and on current win10 version

Was WiFi turned off?  Its best not to leave it on when connected wired to avoid potentially getting routing conflicts.  (although admittedly I've never seen Windows have this problem, I assume if it detects the same network twice it ignores the WiFi one)

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)
Upgrading Laptop/Desktop CNVIo WiFi 5 cards to PCIe WiFi6e/7

Well now that I think of it yes it is on will try with it off, strange though as I never turned it off and this behaviour just started out of nowhere but I have been very busy making many changes including port changes and the like I have an unRAID server that I have made changes to so maybe I have some misconfiguration going on in docker
