Power supply is this normal?

HelpISuck

Hi guys so I just ordered a PROPER psu before I let the Chinese psu burn my house down. So anyways for some reason I realized that one of the pins in the 24 pin was missing? Is this normal?

Yes, that's normal. The 20th pin was -5V however it's no longer used so it's just left empty these days.
