Housing with space for a huge gtx1070 - next to the board??

Sebastian.Heyn

Hi,

usually i build all my systems using the Core V21 cube housing. the huge size for fans just makes systems so much more silent.

Now I have a new challenge. I have a really HUUUUGE GTX1070 (http://www.gainward.com/main/vgapro.php?id=983) left over that I want to put into an existing system (Asrock J4205 board), however the board only has a pcie-x1 slot. I have a pcie-extender from a former mining rig left over, but I want to put the system into a proper housing.

Now my question: do you know of any housing that allows installation of a graphics card next to the ITX mobo, with the ability to mount the riser card under the graphics card? Or should I opt using the good-old V21 instead and cut a hole into the base plate??

the physical size / form factor is pretty much fixed by case, mini itx

any m-itx mobo shall fit, but that means cpu & mobo change (also ram)
