Ordered wrong size jacket

When ordering the jacket I ended up ordering a size to small and I was hopping to get it exchanged.  I have emailed the email located on the store page about a week and a half ago and have yet to here back so I figured I would post it here on the forms...

 

@LinusTech any ideas?

Wow, you lot should be refunding them immediately and replacing the item free of charge for this delay... really bad way to treat people.
