Deciding between 2 pcs

Knifeboss

So,due to high prices in my country,I cannot build my own pc,if i could,i'd happily build a r5 1600 pc.Anyway,I'm decidig between 2 pc in the sane price 500 euro (570 dollars)

The first one is an i7 4770 8gb ram 500gb 7200rpm gtx 1660,and the other is an i7 4770k 8gbram 500gb 7200rpm gtx 1060.due to my tight budget i have to decide between these two.I'm going to be mostly gaming at 1080p so can you also tell me how they'll perform and how long will they last for 1080p,i dont mind lowering to high-mid settings in the future
