Question about cloning an HDD from a certain partition

I will try to make this as simple a question as possible, but I have a 1TB Hitachi 2.5" HDD that I have partitioned with files that I would like to transfer to a Seagate 2.5" 500GB SSHD. I know that the Seagate drive is a smaller capacity, but I was wondering if I could clone one specific partition with system and personal files, being the partition is 364 GB. (As of the time of the post, I am currently transferring the files to the partition)

 

Any help would be appreciated, here's a picture below (D: is the partition I want to transfer). A free software would be preferable, as I don't have the largest budget for software.

it should be able to clone the drive.You can use diskgenius to do that.
