You should not get ANY errors.

Make sure your ram sticks get the voltage they need. For example, if your DDR4 sticks need 1.35v, make sure they're not receiving 1.2v (the default)

If your memory sticks run at high frequencies like 3200 Mhz, try running them a notch lower (3000 Mhz instead of 3200 Mhz for example), and redo the test.

True, but memtest does throw in a error where in the real world that error means nothing and wouldn't give a freeze or BSOD.  The best way to check RAM is by using the computer and leave it on.  Leave OS running for 2 weeks straight no restart or anything and if your games don't crash nor your OS then your set.

im not crashing or experiencing any of that but my game are having fps drops and stuttering and when my fps drops lets say -2 or -3 fps i get this freeze for 0.3 0.2 thats really annoying. i reformatted windows same problem. i tried everything i can with troubleshooting but nothing worked. and then i decided to use mem86 test out of curiousity and i got 4 errors

so what am i saying is maybe its the ram? because i have i9 9900k and evga rtx 2080ti ftw3 beefy gpu.

If you're running a memory test without any overclocks on the RAM or CPU then any errors mean bad RAM or perhaps another piece of bad hardware.

Yes, like motherboard slots can get shot.

i was running the test with xmp on.

I would contact the manufacturer then.  XMP should run without errors, however, if it isn't on your motherboard's QVL you might get some push back from the manufacturer.

What CPU, motherboard, and RAM are you using?  Be specific.

With those premium parts and that RAM speed it could be faulty RAM.  First thing I'd check is that you used the correct RAM slots as directed by the manual.  If you did then contact G.SKILL.
