Is This 100% GPU Problems

So My Problem is

1.Monitor Suddenly No signal

2.When This Happen , GPU Fans Spinning Really Fast (But Only One fans , The Other GPU Fans not spinning). All Other Fans On my chassis is spinning at normal speed

3.Chassis On/Off Button Can’t do anything , So i have to powered it off from PSU Power Button

Note : This problems occured very randomly , Sometimes when im just listening to music , watching youtube

At 1st i think this is psu problems , but that not the cause , i just bought a new PSU recently

My Specs

Proccie : AMD RYZEN 5 2600

GPU : MSI RTX 2060 Gaming Z

RAM : Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2x8GB 3000Mhz

PSU : Corsair Crystal RMx 750 White Series

Mobo : ASUS B450-I GAMING STRIX

This probably won't help at all, but it might be worth a shot? Maybe downloading the most recent drivers might fix it?

One fan isn't spinning? That will do it.

Gpu issue, failed cooler fan and likely other GPU components damaged due to consistent overheating. The fail state your system is in is due to the GPU shutting off in an attempt to save itself.

Brands I wholeheartedly reccomend (though do have flawed products): Apple, Razer, Corsair, Asus, Gigabyte, bequiet!, Noctua, Fractal, GSkill (RAM only)

I think its not overheating tho.. Cause the problems occured when i listening to music or watching utube , so its really random.. Is there a chance my mobo is at fault too ? Coz my chassis power button and reset button can’t do anything when the problems occured

With one dead fan, a component probably is overheating. Even idling will slowly heat soak a cooler if it isn't made to run passively.

As I said in my original post, GPU's will go into an error state until soft-reset. This is also done by a failed overclock, any GPU "failure" will end up in this failure state if the driver cannot recover it.

Ehhhh the video card steps to a pretty low power state when under no load, like 20W or something. Some video cards even fan stop at low power levels, like the EVGA ACX cooler cards can do.

True, but he said the one fan was only when the system hung right? Not saying it's not a video card issue but I don't think it's over heating. He stated what card he has? All 2060 will idle at about the same power use, under 20W which is enough for the heat sink to passively cool https://www.msi.com/Graphics-card/GeForce-RTX-2060-GAMING-Z-6G In fact it states that it does fan stop at low load, so it does sound like the card is crashing in some manner as neither fan should be running at an idle P state or near idle P state.

Yea, could be a shortage on the card or PCIe.

Remove the GPU and put it in a different PCI slot and test it from there.

The problem your describing sounds like some sort of shortage or problems with electricity flow or a problem with the card voltage controllers. Either it be from the PCI slot your using or the card itself. I would RMA the card anyways to be safe.

Problem can be from your motherboard/PSU and not your GPU. There's no way to tell unless you test it. If you can RMA the mobo, I'll do that too.

My personal opinion is that it's your motherboard and not the GPU or PSU. But opinions don't matter unless there's testing done.

i think its not the PSU , Just change the PSU Recently , been less than a month since i change the PSU.. This problem already occured even before i change PSU...

If i want to RMA the Motherboard & GPU, they want to check it , i dont know what is causing the problem tho , so if they test the mobo or gpu and then the problems not occured , i dont know what to do anymore , all i can do now is to describe my problems haha
