Microphone is buzzing but when I restart it's gone

Hello,

 

I have microphone on headset. After reinstalling Windows every time I plug my headset I have to restart PC because that fixes buzzing sound in my microphone. What can I do so I don't have to restart my PC every time I want to talk on Discord? Here is the picture before and after restart.
