Mechanical Keyboard *without* Macro Capabilities??

CheeseburgerChad

So I have an odd request, but I'm looking to see if anybody knows of any mechanical keyboards that don't have any macro functionality at all. Basically I've started working a new job that sometimes requires handling secure information and while I would love to bring a mechanical keyboard to work to speed up my typing and increase my overall productivity, my workplace is very picky about devices with any sort of macro functionality as they believe it poses a security risk. Unfortunately most keyboards these days have some sort of macro capability whether it's through software or the board itself, so this has been more of a challenging search than I expected.

Does anyone have any models they'd recommend? I'd like to keep it under $100 if possible but I am willing to go used on eBay or something if I need to. Also I'd need either red or brown switches as blues will definitely bother my coworkers. Browns are also my favorite by far but reds are fine if that's the only option.

Thanks!

Meh some build specs...

Meh some inspirational quote meh...

Thanks for the recommendations! For some reason I thought the velocifire boards had macros but after taking a closer look that appears to only be on their wireless model. I'll probably get that one, seems like a good value for my purposes.

Logitech G610, available in Cherry MX Blue or Brown - Brown is probably best for work, unless you want people asking you to turn down the volume of your keyboard.

I use the G610 Brown in a call centre environment with open desk seating and added rubber O-ring dampeners bought off eBay. No one really complains about the noise, and I can type for hours and hours in loving peace. (I have a G710+ with Cherry MX Browns at home, so kinda have to have the same at work.)
