Trouble reinstalling windows on inspiron 13 7373

Can’t find my USB in the boot options of this laptop. No idea why. Secure boot is off and uefi boot is enabled. Try a different USB port on the laptop, different flash drive, or put that drive into another computer to test it.

Is there an option on USB charging while off or boot from USB?

When you created your Windows 10 bootable USB, did you set it to UEFI or BIOS?
