so i got the Processor T-shirt the other day but the size doesn't fit on me. i contacted the sale support if i can do an exchange but i haven't heard back. pretty irksome because i don't have much time until return window is up. not sure what to do now ?

You can try to PM @nicklmg or @CPotter on forums. Sounds like their store support is as bad as Floatplane support.

They'll probably just tell you to return it and reorder. Which is basically what an exchange is. Why not just do that?

Already did nothing yet this is some pretty bad response rate :/

Yeah I can. An exchange will be a bit faster since i don’t have to reorder
