What is the best thermal paste for uneven heatsink laptop?

Hi, I am owning a bad heatsink unit of Legion Y530. I tried much thermal pastes like Kryonaut, MX-4 even TG Conductonaut but it still has uneven core temps.
With LM, every game run on 60FPS has ~75-80C. (i added a copper shim on it)
So what thermal paste is good for this situation? I heard somebody say that IC Diamond is the best paste for the uneven heatsink, is that true? And what application method is the best for it?
Thanks.

I have a bad CPU surface in my Y530, causing uneven core temps. You can try CM Mastergel Maker Nano. Or IC Diamond if you can find it and don't mind slightly lower thermal performance. Tried Kryonaut before but worse temps.

Does copper shim help in your case? Cause it causes higher temps from my testing

May I know the max core temp differential in CPU load (eg Cinebench) and while idling?

Check the CPU surface whether it has very concave surface.

Full spec of your Y530?

In the first try with copper shim, I use LM on CPU and Kryonaut on GPU, they work pretty well, but after switch GPU to LM, the uneven core back to my CPU

The best thermal paste especially for an uneven heatsink (talking about non-metal that is) is Phobya NanoGrease Extreme

This stuff is way better than anything I've tested. Search for its reviews online.
