Specs alone are meaningless nowadays, you have to make sure your laptop has good power feeding and cooling... the high end laptop market is a mess nowadays:

If the laptop has the 90w 2060 then grab that, if not, they're pretty equal. The difference between the 9750 and 8750 is minimal.

Main problem with all high end CPU's is design. There is no way any of them can run at 4.5GHz or even 4GHz for more than 3 seconds.

So firstly there isn't too much performance difference between the 1660ti and 2060. But I would recomend the 2060 if you want ray tracing. As for CPUs the 9th gen is more advisable for future proofing because CPUs tend to be refreshed more often than GPUs.

This, however cooling can barely handle the CPU+GPU inside (still better than Helios 300 15 2019)

Any other 2060 laptops with similar pricing?
