Idk what happened

I’ve been playing a lot of rainbow six siege with my 1080 and r5 2600 and getting around 200 fps. Earlier today my pc restarted it self while i was playing and now i can barely manage 100 fps. Idk what happened, any help or suggestions is appreciated

Did you have anything overclocked?

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Geforce experience updated the drivers today and it was working fine until i got blue screened by windows and it restarted and since then been getting low fps

So with that i would have to go back and not use the geforce experience but rather download the older driver individually correct?
