Wich 27-32" 1080p Freesync + HDR Screen? (TV/Monitor) for 400€

I'd like to get a new Screen

 

The minimum requriement:

  • Freesync support, ~40Hz minimum, lower preferred, don't care about "high fps".
  • HDR support - on Playstation especially, XBox/PC as well
  • 2x HDMI + DP
  • 27": 1080p or 1440p, 2160p: 31,5" minimum
  • 16:9 Aspect ratio
  • IPS preferred but can live with *VA, NO TN!
  • I prefer non curved screens (for now)
  • VESA Mount (to screw it against the Wall)
  • max. Price: 400€, if not avoidable 500€

Region: Germany
Preferred Shops: Mindfactory, Caseking, Reichelt. Other possibilitys: Caseking, Notebooksbilliger

 

I've looked a bit and I'm tending towards 4K/31,5", but can't find something that looks awesome enough for that price.

But it doesn't seem like they suport HDR. At least when Freesync is active, if I understand the Specs correctly.

why freesync?

Does PS4 support HDR?

Because I like to play at higher settings and thus often under 60fps.

PS4 PRO does.

I'd settle for a 27" FullHD Screen instead, if that is all that's possible.

 

The Freesync 2 HDR Screens look interesting, those are 27" 1440p though. But min frequency is at 48Hz...
