Need router for new house

Hello

My friend is moving soon and needs a new router for the house. 

Requirements:

• Has AC wifi.
• Can handle traffic from minimum 9 devices (or 3 people) 24/7
• Under $200

The house interior is 3000 square feet so I don't know if only the wifi from the router is going to be enough to get a good signal. Might need some repeaters too. Walls are not that harsh on wifi signals (I think they're made of dry wall but, not sure though...)

If he's willing to pay a little bit more he can get Google WiFi which is excellent. 3 devices creating a mesh network, and very easy to set up. Luke made a video about it awhile back.

Friend is not willing to pay above given budget.

How easy is setup? My friend is in the stone age in terms of computer knowledge

you get fully guided through it in the app, and it's pretty easy to set up from my experience

I live in a two story house thats about 1300 Square Feet. We get full coverage with 5 Ghz, also get great coverage outside as well.
