rear case io cable cover

Hi i was wondering if anyone knows of any cases that come with a rear cover to hide io cables preferably routing down i know the coolermaster c700 has 1 but its just a grommet at the top and have seen a few custom builders make them in the past which i don't have the skills to do. i have tried googling pc case rear cover, rear case io cover, pc case io cover ect ect with no luck. Any help or recommendations would be great. thanks
