Is my RAM at the right frequency

Hello,

So earlier I checked my specs and for some reason my ram was only running at 2134. I went into the bios and changed it back to 3000. It for some reason reset itself. Then I checked CPU Z and it said only 1496. Does that mean frequency for the ram sticks are added together. I have the g.skill trident z RGB 3200 mhz 2x8gb sticks. Is it set really low or is it correct? I got the 2134 by using userbenchmark.com. here is a pic of cpu z if that helps image.png.e711fe367e0c1afe7139a48868369f9a.pngimage.png.3f709bc1c440710837946d43c9b8aa3f.pngimage.png.ff2bd190f3536e02d2b3018804eaeba4.png

Then it should be at 3200 MHz, or 1600 "within Windows". 1496 is indeed 3000; 1496 * 2 = 2992 ±=3000, because of the DDR = double data rate. :)

He might be using a different XMP profile, as some RAM have both 3200 and 3000 XMP profiles.
