My Flash Drive Is Not Detected By Windows 10 Or 8 but Windows 7 Detects It, why?

It Was Working Fine Before, But Now it's not being detected by win 10/8 please help me!

Reformat it.

Recovering a flash drive is always a pain because the possibilities are very low, a bad move could have damaged the piece electronically and make it unrecognizable. As mentioned above, it is better to request a replacement if it was in the new one, if it was in the previous one, there is not much you can do...
