RAM Speed for AMD Ryzen 2nd Gen.

Does 2400 Mhz RAM Enough for Amd Ryzen? I Heard it Requires a 2666 Mhz. But I have a 1pc 16GB 2400 Mhz Lying Around (From a Broken Pc). I can save if I use that in AMD Ryzen right?

it doesn't require, it just runs faster on higher speed

 

but if you have a b or x series motherboard (which i highly hope you have) you can overclock it to like 2666 or 2800 with some luck

you can however people generally suggest >3000mhz ram as ryzen uses ram speed

Also, you'll want to go dual channel, so two sticks.

 

Not sure if you meant to type "a 2400" but I read that as having 1 stick only of the RAM.

I recommend at least 3000Mhz RAM as I think it's the lowest amount for Ryzen that's substantially beneficial. I built my friend's PC with 3000 RAM and it's decent and 2600.

Im running 3200mhz DDR4 and works a treat.

 

Slower ram will just run at a slower speed thats all.

AS a side note, while the sweet spot is 3000-3200mhz DDR4 offers a significant benefit in CPU performance, beyond that you start to get significantly diminished returns (most notably in games)
