Getting a new laptop for studying, gaming, photo editing, video editing and some streaming

Hi linustechtips,

I've been on the hunt for a laptop the last 2 weeks and am still stumped from my searches.
I'm from Malaysia and the decision is that the custom made laptops from Level51 and Illegear are better than the ones made by Asus, Acer and Dell.
The specifications will be listed below and I plan to do some studying, gaming, photo editing, video editing and some streaming.
The games I mainly play are esports game and some triple AAA games. (Mainly CSGO, ROCKET LEAGUE and DST)
I would stream from XSplit but I do occasionally stream on OBS. Streaming by 1080p and at a bitrate of around 5000.
I do photo editing and video editing on Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Primere. Also I do some work on Adobe In Design for projects.

For the ram, All laptops either give a free upgrade from 8GB to 16GB or 8GB and make you pay 60usd for an extra 8GB.
I was also trying to decide if getting 24GB is better because occasionally my ram usage meets 14gb.
I can give the total performance figures from online for each graphic card and processor.
1050ti to 1650 - +80%

My budget is around 5k to 5.5k. 
Since ram prices are outrageous on level51 and illegear. (260 to 340rm) for an extra 8 GB, I'm buying an extra stick of ram myself off Lazada.

The laptop should be under 3kg and I would want around 3-6 hours battery life.
The laptop could also just be a desk laptop that doesnt have to be brought out to classes as I still have another laptop for that purpose.
