Get yourself a B450 board like the MSI tomahawk or gaming pro carbon. 

 

A320 lacks behind nowadays and it’s old. Either of those boards will have zen 2 compatibility and the pro carbon is also a decent overclockwr.

 

as for PSU; have a look at perhaps Corsair RM550x or similar from tier A

Corsair 280X is a solid choice.  The non-RGB version comes in at 125 euros, but you might be able to find one on sale through a retailer in your region that comes in under the 120 euro budget.  Our RGB version comes in at about 50 euros more, and comes with LL120 RGB fans and a Lighting Node Pro to control lighting.
