Nevermind, I just realized what caused the issue..  I've fixed it now.

Hi everyone.

I've encountered a strange issue and I'm honestly baffled as to how it happened. 

I opened the My Vodafone app to check how much data I'd used and I saw that my profile picture was changed to ninja wearing a trollface shirt.

I'm not trolling or joking, I'm 100% serious.

Don't believe me? Here's proof:

So my question is: How did this happen in the first place? But more importantly, how do I change the profile picture? I've never set one before and I don't even know how to do it, so it's not me who has done it.
