Projecting to Another Laptop in the Same Network

Well, the First device is MacBook Air 13" 2017 and There is another Windows Laptop. 

I was thinking to somehow project the MacBook onto the Windows Laptop without the use of anything like Team-Viewer because they will ruin the experience.

Both of them are on the same network.

 

Is this possible? What's the easiest way to do it?
