More SATA ports

I need more sata ports but I only have 1 PCIe port which my graphics card uses. I’ve seen a couple but many PCI to SATA adapters but none are compatible with Windows 10 64-bit. Can anyone give me another way to get more SATA ports or find a PCI to SATA adapter that will work? Thanks :)

Without any free PCIe slots (any size\speed), i think you will be out of luck.

 

There is a m.2 to sata port adapter, but that will only give you one more port.

Thanks for the help, I’ve resorted to just using an external hard drive though.
