Looking for a New Case

So I'm looking for a new case for my computer. Form factor should be ATX and at mid tower. I'm sure most people don't have a problem with this as there are lots of really good cases out there.

 

But here's the catch. I need a case with at least one 5 1/4" external drive bay. I'd also like the cast NOT to have a door to access the drive bay. For all intent's and purposes I only need one 5 1/4" drive bay.

There might be a simple USB or internal solution that doesn't require keeping a 5.25" bay around.

I just bought Antec P7 Silent 2 weeks ago - it accomodates one 5.25" bay, looks classy (understated as I like cases to be) and is compact enough for me. Walls could be a bit thicker, but apart from that a great case.
