Umm I think my hard drive is about to die can I get a second opinion

Lol that ping is on the lower end I've seen 239 at idle.

And yes it's at 100% disk usage idel

I was like why is my PC running so slow yeah I had Chrome open and dashlane my password manager.

 

And I struggled to get my bank account information out of there, 60+ second to close Chrome.

Run something like CrystalDiskInfo to see what the disk reports as its own condition.

 

A high usage like in the screenshot above is not unusual for a busy hard disk, and would cause system slowness. If yo go to 1st tab of task manager when that happens, you can see what is trying to use your disk.

 

With recent drops in price for SSDs, getting even a 240GB, if not 480GB for the OS would help a lot in responsiveness.

You only have 2GB of RAM?
That's probably why you're seeing poor performance when trying to use Chrome and why your HDD is being utilised.

check your harddisks S.M.A.R.T monitoring - that should indicate if there is a fault with the disk - however it could just be the low ram causing the pagefile to get hammered!!!!
