(gotta clarify)

Is your monitor plugged into your GPU?

You should be getting all high settings on Apex and 60+FPS

I'm gonna go find my own tech support...

^^^ On ultra actually, my 5820K at 1660 Ti push 60+ easily on high, a 2070 should handle max settings easily, and the 8600K is a monster of a CPU for gaming.

Ok, Try removing the overclock and monitor the temperatures.

Sounds like you have an unstable overclock, does the game lock up at any point? does the screen go black then come back from time to time?

It's hard sometimes to really nail down exactly how much overclock you can get out of your GPU, and performance increase is usually not that significant.

Also how did you check stability for your CPU overclock? For me, I like to use Prime95 overnight, and if your CPU can remain stable, then you're good to go.

Overall, based off what I've read here so far, you're looking at a stability issue. Also make sure you're running the latest drivers for you RTX 2070.

Hello,

I run a CPU Test with Intel Extreme Tuning Utility the higher temp is 90°C and passed. This is without overclock and XMP disabled

What CPU cooler do you have? 90c without an overclock is pretty hot even for a maximum heat scenario.

Hmm, what are your idle temps and how long does it take for it to reach 90c? Is 90c the average or does it stay below that and only get up there a few times? Also are the games installed on your HDDs or your SSD?

Well if one of those HDDs is failing it could cause issues with the whole system you can try running HDTune on them and see if either of them are failing. Also what resolution are you running? It does seem to be running a little hot, I've been reading up and some people have encountered overheating issues with the H60 and the higher performance 8th gen processors. If you can monitor your temps while in game and see if there are any fluctuations when the frame drops occur.

While the h60 isn't that great, it should perform similarly to something like a 212 evo, this is about 10-15c off, you might want to check your paste job and try switching to a pull config to bring fresh air to the radiator.
